bētrū salon gladly accepts American Express, Discover, Master Card, Visa, cash, or personal check. Unfortunately, gratuities may not be added to credit card sales. For your convenience, there is an ATM located in our salon and you are welcome to tip with Venmo or write a check to your personal stylist.
All sales of salon products are final.
Cancellation Policy
Please notify the salon if you must make a cancellation, or change, at least 48 hours prior to your booked appointment time. Unfortunately, appointments not cancelled at least 48 hours before the scheduled time will be charged 50% of the total service cost. Notifying our team in advance helps us accommodate all our clients. Thank you.
