Why we collect your personal data and how we use it.

We need to collect some personal information about you which will help us to communicate:

• Appointments

• Allow your hairdresser to access information regarding your hair

• Occasional offers

This will only be done with your consent. 

We have a legal obligation to retain your records for two years after your most recent appointment. After this time your records will be destroyed in a method compliant with GDPR. Records recorded on the salon software, which is password-protected and only accessible by staff of Betru Salon will include:

• Your phone number

• Your email address

• Information regarding your hair

We will never share your data with anyone who does not need access, without your consent. Only Betru employees will be able to access your personal information. 

You have the right to see the data that we hold for you.
